Originally from Iowa, Tom started dancing at Miss Dorothy Buckwald’s studio, held in the basement of her home. He studied with Francoise Martinet at the University of Iowa before venturing to Chicago to dance at Gus Giordano’s in the 80’s, just as MTV was breaking onto the scene. Continuing in Musical Theater at PCPA Theaterest, then earning his BFA in Acting at The Theater School at De Paul University. Broadway credits include Miss Saigon and Beauty and the Beast, Carnegie Hall with Betty Buckley, A Christmas Carol at MSG and The Tony Awards. Television brought Time of Your Life, The Drew Carey Show and many others. Tom is looking forward to more projects like Arcade Fire (We Exist) and Code Black. His television dance credits include Glee, Veep, Jayne, The Virgin, Ratched, (the new Ryan Murphy series), Casual, and Major Crimes.
